Instructions
  1. Remove smoked salmon from freezer and leave on counter to thaw. Lay asparagus out onto a plate, cover with parchment paper and cook in microwaveon high for 2 mins. Set aside.
  2. Make Hollandaise Sauce as per instructions on package. (The 1/2 cup of butter is intended for the Hollandaise Sauce Mix.)
  3. Crack eggs into a bowl, add 1 tbsp of water, and with a fork, scramble well. Using a non-stick frying pan over low-med heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. When butter is hot, add eggs and slowly turn them over with a wooden spatula as they cook. When eggs are done to your liking, remove from heat.
  4. Turn oven on to broil. Put 4 pieces of bread on a cookie sheet and place in oven on top rack no closer than 10 cm from element. It will take 1-2 minutes for bread to toast. Do not let the bread burn. Turn bread over and repeat until bread is nicely browned on both sides. Cut garlic in half and rub onto the top side of the toast.
  5. Place one slice of garlic toast on a plate. Top with 1/4 of the scrambled eggs, 1/4 of the smoked salmon, 4-6 slices of asparagus, and drizzle with 1/8 of the Hollandaise sauce. Enjoy!
