Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375F. Place oats on a large cookie sheet and toast for 15 mins.
  2. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. When oats are toasted, add to dry ingredients.
  3. Put peanut butter and maple syrup in a separate glass bowl. Microwave on high for 1 min. Add milk, then egg and combine until it resembles caramel sauce.
  4. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Press firmly onto the cookie sheet.
  5. Reduce oven to 325F and bake for 20 mins. Remove pan from oven and carefully break granola up with a spatula and return to oven for 15 mins.
  6. When granola has cooled, add cranberries and raisins and store in an air tight container for up to 1 month.
