Making these Easter eggs brings back the memories of getting a Laura Secord Egg in the yellow box every year. This recipe makes 10 eggs that are slightly smaller but arguably better than the ones you remember. 4 the Luv of Homemade – Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Blend above ingredients well to make fondant.
  2. Take 1/3 of fondant and colour with yellow food colouring.
  3. Roll into 10 balls. Chill.
  4. Divide remaining fondant into 10 balls and flatten.
  5. Wrap white fondant around yellow balls and mold into egg shape. Freeze for 30 mins.
  6. Melt chocolate and dip chilled eggs until evenly covered.
Recipe Notes

Tip: Use skewers to dip eggs into melted "chocolate." Place on parchment paper.  Share an egg with 7 friends and your piece has a BF of 10!
