- 12 ounces chunk light tuna 2 large cans in water
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup celery small dice
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley finely chopped
- 1/8 cup red pepper small dice
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Drain tuna and toss into a bowl, make sure to leave large chunks. Add remaining ingredients and mixed until everything has come together. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Will keep in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
Recipe Notes
Put a serving of tuna salad on one half of a bagel and the BF = -9 and 380 calories. Perfect lunch!
