  1. Drain tuna and toss into a bowl, make sure to leave large chunks. Add remaining ingredients and mixed until everything has come together. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Will keep in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
Recipe Notes

Put a serving of tuna salad on one half of a bagel and the BF = -9 and 380 calories.  Perfect lunch!
