This is Chef Mickey’s breakfast pizza recipe from Disney World. It’s more work than a piece of toast but if you make a few pizza’s at a time, you will have breakfast ready all week!

- 1 thin pizza crust pre-cooked
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup bacon (or ham or sausage)

Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 F. Place pizza crust on a cookie sheet.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, cream, and cheese. Spread onto the pizza crust staying within 1-2 cm from the edge of the pizza crust. Place on a rack in the middle of the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 mins until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden-brown. Cut into 6 slices.
