Instructions
Place the rolled oats, chopped almonds, apple, flax seeds, cranberries, yogurt, orange juice, water, honey, and orange zest into a medium mixing bowl. Stir to combine, then cover and place in fridge overnight.
Once ready to serve sprinkle each serving with cinnamon and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Don't forget to use full fat plain Greek yogurt. If you use anything else, those precious calories go down but the Balance Factor goes up!
