Instructions
Layer 3/4 of the bag of tortilla chips on a cookie sheet.
Cover chips with beef, chicken, tomatoes, and bean salad. Top with shredded cheese.
Using broiler, place nachos in oven until cheese is melted over the chips.
While cheese is melting, mash avocado in a bowl and sprinkle in enough taco seasoning to flavour the avocado.
Use salsa, sour cream, and guacamole as sides to dip the nachos in.
