Protein Latte

There is nothing like a warm cappuccino in the afternoon when you take a moment to refocus and reboot.  It’s also an excellent source of calories to keep you satisfied until the dinner hour.

Instructions
  1. Add 1 tbsp coconut milk powder to your favourite mug.
  2. Next add 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder.
  3. Add 1/4 cup warm water to the mug. (It is important that it is not cold water as the coconut milk powder dissolves best in warm water.)
  4. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  5. Add 1/2 cup boiling water. Mix well and froth with a whisk or frother.
  6. Prepare your favourite espresso (you can buy instant espresso granules in the grocery store) and add to the creamy mixutre in the mug. Stir and enjoy the designs you make with the espresso before diving into your moment of healthy bliss!

If you wish to sweeten your cappuccino, add a tsp of maple syrup, honey, or a coffee creamer. Balance Factor -9 Calories 136
