Instructions
  1. Add 1 tbsp coconut milk powder to your favourite big glass with a lid. A large mouth quart sealer mason jar works great!
  2. Next add 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder.
  3. Add one cup of room temp water and half the ice cubes. Put the lid on your glass and shake contents until the powders are thoroughly dissolved in the water.
  4. Add the rest of the ice cubes and pour the hot espresso into your glass. Stir well and enjoy!

If you wish to sweeten your latte, add a tsp of maple syrup, honey, or a coffee creamer. Balance Factor -9 Calories 136
