  1. Iced Cappuccino: Pour 1/2 cup of milk into a large glass with a lid. (A large mouth quart sealer mason jar works great!) Add the protein powder and coffee creamer. Add 1/2 the ice, secure lid and shake well. Remove the lid and add remaining ice. Pour hot espresso into glass and stir.
  2. Warm Cappuccino: Pour 1/2 cup of milk into a mug. Add the protein powder and coffee creamer and whisk until protein powder is no longer dry. Add espresso and stir well.
