- 1 tbsp coconut milk powder
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 shot espresso (or a double shot if that's your thing)
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions
- Add 1 tbsp coconut milk powder to your favourite big glass with a lid. A large mouth quart sealer mason jar works great!
- Next add 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder.
- Add one cup of room temp water and half the ice cubes. Put the lid on your glass and shake contents until the powders are thoroughly dissolved in the water.
- Add the rest of the ice cubes and pour the hot espresso into your glass. Stir well and enjoy!
