Artichoke Dip

Sometimes the simplest of ingredients can make up the quickest and most popular appetizer at the party. Here’s a great appetizer that takes only minutes to put together. (And it balances out those cracker and bread carbs!!!)

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Heat in microwave at 1 min. intervals until cheese is melted, stirring after each min.
  3. Spoon into serving dish.
  4. Enjoy with crackers, cheese, veggies or bread cubes.
Recipe Notes

This makes a great topping for chicken. Mix ingredients together and spread on raw chicken breasts. Cook 350F until chicken is cooked through. Enjoy
