Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 5 cups oats steel cut or rolled oats, dry
- 1 cup almonds chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup wheat bran
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes or shreds
- 5 scoops protein powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Caramel Sauce
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg

- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup raisins

Instructions
- Heat oven to 375F. Place oats on a large cookie sheet and toast for 15 mins.

- In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. When oats are toasted, add to dry ingredients.
- Put peanut butter and maple syrup in a separate glass bowl. Microwave on high for 1 min. Add milk, then egg and combine until it resembles caramel sauce.

- Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Press firmly onto the cookie sheet.

- Reduce oven to 325F and bake for 20 mins. Remove pan from oven and carefully break granola up with a spatula and return to oven for 15 mins.

- When granola has cooled, add cranberries and raisins and store in an air tight container for up to 1 month.
