Tomato & Brie Pasta Salad

Instructions
Cut Brie (leaving rind on), tomatoes, scallions, and basil into large bite size pieces and place in a medium sized glass bowl.
Add salt and olive oil and mix gently to coat all ingredients. Cover and let sit on the counter for 4-6 hours.
One hour before dinner, boil pasta in a large pot as per package instructions. Drain well and do not rinse. Put hot pasta directly into a large salad bowl.
Pour the tomato, Brie, scallions, basil, and oil mixture over hot pasta and stir until Brie is completely melted and pasta salad is creamy. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
If you like garlic, add a couple of crushed cloves to the oil mixture at the beginning of the recipe.
