Instructions
Mix mayonaise, sour cream, and fish seasoning together. Let sit while assembling fajitas.
Place one homemade tortilla on a plate. Line centre of tortilla with shrimp, 1/4 of an avocado, and 2 tablespoons diced mango.
Dress with 3-4 tablespoons of salsa verde and 2 tablespoons of Fish Seasoning Sauce. Turn tortilla up and over one shrimp then fold tortilla in from side to side overlapping each other.
