Overnight Refrigerator Oats (Maple Blueberry)

This is a great balanced breakfast (adapted from TheYummyLife.com) that is quick to make the night before and perfect to grab ‘on-the-go’ in the morning.

  1. In a 250 ml mason jar or a container with a secure lid, mix first 5 ingredients.
  2. Carefully, mix in blueberries and store in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

For a change, swap the maple syrup and blueberries for 1 tbsp of pecan pieces and 1/2 banana. The Balance Factor = -7 and the Calories = 370. This will last in the refrigerator for up to two days.
