Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oats steel cut or rolled oats, dry
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain
- 1 1/2 tsp chia seed
- 1.5 tbsp protein powder vanilla
- 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1.5 tsp maple syrup

- In a 250 ml mason jar or a container with a secure lid, mix first 5 ingredients.
- Carefully, mix in blueberries and store in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
For a change, swap the maple syrup and blueberries for 1 tbsp of pecan pieces and 1/2 banana. The Balance Factor = -7 and the Calories = 370. This will last in the refrigerator for up to two days.
