Ingredients
- 1 540 ml can black beans
- 1 540 ml can chick peas
- 1 341 ml can corn
- 1 large red pepper diced
- 1 cup red onion diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder

Instructions
- Rinse and drain beans, chick peas, and corn in a colander. Put beans in a large, wide bottomed bowl.
- Add diced red pepper, red onion, and cilantro. Toss well.
- Mix ingredients for dressing in a separate bowl and drizzle over bean mixture tossing well.
