- 1/4 cup almonds or walnuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese or 1 cup loosely shredded
- 2 tbsp dried basil or 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped

- Blend nuts, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a food processor until uniform (about 1 min.)
- Add Parmesan cheese and basil and pulse until combined well.
- Store in fridge in a sealed container up to 2 weeks.
