- 2 packages pork tenderloin two tenderloins per package approx. 800 g
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning

- Slice tenderloins crossways into 1 1/2 inch thick medallions. (Keep thickness consistent so that medallions cook evenly. With cut side down, place two medallions beside each other and wrap snuggly with a slice of bacon. Tuck end of bacon between the medallion and the bacon to secure. There is no need for toothpicks as the bacon slice makes for a perfect wrap.

- Evenly coat each medallion with olive oil. Sprinkle Montreal Steak Seasoning on the medallions. Turn medallions over and repeat on the other side.

- With the grill on high, place medallions on heat for approx. 10 minutes per side. A good rule of thumb is that when the bacon is cooked but not crispy, the medallions will likely be cooked as well. Enjoy with a side of vegetables and a starch to achieve that perfectly balanced meal.
