Slice tenderloins crossways into 1 1/2 inch thick medallions. (Keep thickness consistent so that medallions cook evenly. With cut side down, place two medallions beside each other and wrap snuggly with a slice of bacon. Tuck end of bacon between the medallion and the bacon to secure. There is no need for toothpicks as the bacon slice makes for a perfect wrap.
Evenly coat each medallion with olive oil. Sprinkle Montreal Steak Seasoning on the medallions. Turn medallions over and repeat on the other side.
With the grill on high, place medallions on heat for approx. 10 minutes per side. A good rule of thumb is that when the bacon is cooked but not crispy, the medallions will likely be cooked as well. Enjoy with a side of vegetables and a starch to achieve that perfectly balanced meal.
