Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Who doesn’t love peanut butter? If you fall into that ‘too busy for breakfast’ category then these are your solution! They are easy to make and will keep nicely in the freezer so you can make a large batch. You can also make these with any nut butter you choose, almond or sunflower butter would be great as well. The recipe is versatile so add your favourite fixins and enjoy!

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until combined. Roll into balls and place in freezer. These can be dipped into chocolate, rolled in cocoa powder, nuts or choc chips. Keep in freezer until ready to eat. Great grab and go snack!
