Blend lard and sugar together until uniform. Add eggs and continue to blend until creamy.
Add vanilla extract, mashed banana, and zucchini and mix well.
On top of the batter, pile up flour, then cocoa, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix only until the batter is uniform. (Over mixing will prevent muffins from rising as well.)
Heat oven to 375F and bake for 20-22 mins. Muffins are done when a knife poke comes out clean.
