  1. Wash and trim asparagus spears. Submerge in boiling water for approximately 3 minutes. Drain and then quickly place in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
  2. Once drained place on a paper towel to absorb any remaining water. Lay Prosciutto or ham out on board and cut each piece lengthwise into two. Spread a 1/2 Tbsp of the herbed cream cheese onto ham and then place an asparagus spear at one end and begin to roll up around the asparagus to the end. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
