Place roast in the bottom of a crockpot. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pot (about 1 cm up the side of the roast).
Sprinkle the entire package of onion soup mix on top of the roast.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours until roast falls apart like pulled pork. Stir beef around in the crockpot to absorb juices and put 4 oz on each hamburger roll.
Serve with a tablespoon of horseradish or your favourite mustard.
